Can I import my existing property portfolio?
Yes. CostaFind imports property portfolios from supported feed formats such as Kyero XML V3, ReSales Online feeds, generic XML and JSON — fields are mapped automatically.
Do I need to manage my properties separately on CostaFind?
No. With a supported property feed, CostaFind imports property information, pricing and availability from your existing system; re-import whenever your portfolio changes.
What if I don’t know which property feed I use?
Tell us which CRM or property software your agency uses and we can help determine the appropriate connection. You don’t need to understand XML or API terminology to join.
How does the Free plan work?
Agencies can create a profile and publish properties without a monthly subscription — including unlimited listings and portfolio import. Paid plans add additional verification, trust and visibility features.
What does "Verified" actually mean?
CostaFind reviews specific company and professional information — office, registration and identity — before awarding Verified status. It is separate from having your agency approved and live.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Agencies can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time through their account.
