We make sure each listing is unique, accurate and current — before you ever see it.
Duplicate detection
Every new listing is scanned against the market. When the same home is advertised by several agencies, we merge them into one record instead of showing it many times.
Price verification
Asking prices are cross-checked across all agencies offering a property. Mismatches are flagged so buyers always see the real, current number.
Listing freshness
Each listing carries a last-verified date. Stale, withdrawn or sold homes are caught and updated — never left online to mislead buyers.
Property matching
Photos, address data and key details are matched to confirm that listings claiming to be "the same home" genuinely are the same home.
